Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for pricing strategy and product architecture across sales channels, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability
- Management of pricing policy (price positioning, price ladders, pack-price architecture) based on brand strategy as well as market and competitive analysis
- Design and optimization of promotional activities based on ROI, price elasticity, and impact on volume and margin
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (revenue, margin, volume, ROI, price realization) and implementation of optimization actions
- Management of trade investments (trade spend) and their effectiveness in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
- Identification of revenue growth levers (pricing, product mix, promotions, trade terms) and their implementation within the category
- Advanced data analysis (internal and market data) to build pricing and revenue management recommendations
- Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management) to implement pricing strategy and achieve business targets
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with market and customer data
- Team-oriented mindset
- Good command of English
