Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for pricing strategy and product architecture across sales channels, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Management of pricing policy (price positioning, price ladders, pack-price architecture) based on brand strategy as well as market and competitive analysis
  • Design and optimization of promotional activities based on ROI, price elasticity, and impact on volume and margin
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (revenue, margin, volume, ROI, price realization) and implementation of optimization actions
  • Management of trade investments (trade spend) and their effectiveness in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
  • Identification of revenue growth levers (pricing, product mix, promotions, trade terms) and their implementation within the category
  • Advanced data analysis (internal and market data) to build pricing and revenue management recommendations
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management) to implement pricing strategy and achieve business targets

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with market and customer data
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English
